The selected candidate may be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Position Responsibilities:

• Leads and performs the design, program, test, implementation and documentation of computing applications and software, computing architecture and application system designs.
• Leads analysis of end user processes to define application requirements.
• Writes and compiles complex software based on documented design or application architecture that integrates application software and delivery subsystems for specific applications.
• Modifies or upgrades complex applications to maintain functionality and performance.
• Identifies and recommends improvements.
• Identifies and resolves complex programming or application architecture problems.
• Analyze and resolve problems, and identify functional requirements for application or system design, consulting with business focal to clarify and refine requirements, interpreting and translating requirements into functional specifications.
• Create/execute test plans and scripts, automated testing, security monitoring and supporting compliance assessment activities.
• develop techniques to efficiently manage user support issues, including research, disposition, and reporting end user problems.
• Creation and maintenance of statistical measures and metrics to monitor trends, health assessments of the systems and processes supported functionality and performance.
• Identifies and recommends improvements.
• Identifies and resolves complex programming or application architecture problems.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience with leading software development and sustainment activities
• Minimum of 3 years' experience with Java or C++
• E xperience with relational databases such as Oracle
• Minimum 3 years' experience in relational database concepts

Typical Education/Experience
