What are some things you learned at the company?

A highlight of my career at Aurora Solar is experiencing the value of teaming and celebration. This energizes and elevates our people, while powering us to build what matters.

Head of Social Impact

How do your team's ideas influence the company's direction?

One of Aurora Solar's core values is "outcome over ego", which means that anyone in the company is empowered to speak up and contribute. That, to me, is what makes Aurora Solar a truly special place to work at.
