As the Senior Manager, People Analytics, you will support and partner with our various People functions as we aggregate and analyze data that can help us deliver key insights, solve complex challenges, and support people-related goals and initiatives. Reporting into the Director of People Experience, you will design and build innovative reports and dashboards that will provide research-driven insights and recommendations to better attract, develop, motivate, and retain Ro’s most important asset - our people.
What You'll Do:
- Enhance our ability to analyze and make sense of our data sets, and translate findings in a visually appealing manner that tell a story and help us make better data-driven decisions
- Develop, implement, and manage human resources analytics projects in key areas including recruiting, onboarding, people experience, benefits, diversity, people operations, and performance management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the People team to establish process improvements and audits, ultimately to improve data quality and consistency as we grow
- Develop Ro-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations for the people team, functional leaders, and leadership to enable better talent decisions
- Communicate results, along with implications, to technical and non-technical audiences
- Partner with the people leadership team to identify opportunities for research to develop data-driven analysis to support strategic decisions
- Partner with the people leadership team on establishing and tracking semi-annual Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for Talent, People Experience, and People Operations
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- 7+ years of experience within People analytics or People data
- Proven ability to use data, analytics, and business knowledge to solve complex business problems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical content to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people data and business issues
- A sharp eye for detail, you never miss a beat with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
