Senior Manager, Media Reporting and Analytics
You Will
- Work closely with Analytics and Media teams to ensure all media reporting and analytical requirements are captured and documented appropriately
- Support the Analytics team in the design of a media data hub that will deliver on the reporting and analytic requirements established by the Media and Business Intelligence teams (not responsible for development work)
- Design, develop, and implement intuitive dashboards designed for flexible reporting and easy consumption by internal stakeholders
- Improve and maintain existing dashboards and shared data sets
- Partner with the Data Science team to establish real-time leading indicators of digital marketing performance to drive improved marketing outcomes across customer engagement, acquisition, and retention
- Lead the mining, analysis, and interpretation of data using statistical techniques to develop actionable insights into complex business challenges
- Oversee Media Reporting & Analytics practice roadmap; identify, recommend, and lead the execution of future reporting and analytic enhancements based on evolving organizational learning agendas
- Effectively communicate findings and results to various stakeholders including senior leadership across marketing by explaining the story behind the data and making recommendations to the business based on data insights
- Partner effectively with a variety of business stakeholders including marketing, sales, creative, and external agency/media vendors
- Enhance analytical processes including data flows, dashboards, and forecasts
- Perform ad hoc analyses as opportunities/necessities arise

You Have
Minimum
- BA/BS degree and 8 years of experience in related field (Digital Analytics, Marketing Analytics or related fields) OR MS degree and 6 years of related experience OR Ph.D. and 3 years of related experience OR 12 years of related experience with no degree
- Solid knowledge of the digital media landscape as it pertains to advertising platforms (Google, Snap, Meta, Amazon, etc.) as well as the evolving digital data landscape
- Expert at SQL and Excel for querying and manipulating data for analysis and visualization
- Strong analytical, processing, and mathematical skills with ability to structure and conduct analyses
- Analytical & curious mindset with qualitative reasoning
- Strong experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
- Skill merging diverse data from different platforms, formats, and environments
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Conceptual thinker with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner with clear recommendations based on data insight
- Strongly motivated to be a player in a team which is constantly working to improve themselves through discovering new analytics techniques and software tools to improve the quality of our work.
- Ability to manage up, proactively communicating key progress updates and potential roadblocks
- Experience with data warehouses (such as AWS) a plus
- Prior digital marketing agency experience a plus
Preferred
- BA/BA degree in related discipline strongly desired (i.e. Business, Marketing, etc.)
- 4 or more years of experience in leading complex, cross functional projects
- Experience in telecommunications industry desired
