The CRM and digital analyst will provide analysis and thought leadership around how to acquire and engage customers across CRM and digital tools for Samsung with Best Buy (BBY). This will include analyzing reporting on past marketing programs and synthesizing that learning into actionable insights and audiences that can be used to further improve effectiveness of future programs. Focus areas will include CRM (largely email), on-site display campaigns, loyalty marketing efforts and collaboration opportunities across BBY and Samsung.

Role and Responsibilities

This person will be responsible for creating, validating, and socializing customer-marketing analytics. They will develop and provide analytics on overall customer opportunities inclusive of customer value, retention, acquisition, and segmentation. They will act as a team lead on execution and measurement of customer level test and control methodologies for CRM, loyalty, and personalization efforts. They will provide key insights, which assist the marketing execution team in prioritizing marketing opportunities and act as a key driver in optimizing marketing programs and touch points.

They will work closely with category marketing managers to understand business strategies and needs and will then help develop appropriate plans. The role will span across all Samsung business including Home Entertainment, Home Appliances, Mobile and Computing/Tablets.

Skills and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identifying strategic uses of customer data to enhance effectiveness of marketing programs

2. Developing and aligning business teams to CRM plans that utilize all available Best Buy email tools

3. Identifying and executing collaboration programs across Samsung and Best Buy

4. Analyzing monthly program results across Samsung businesses to assess impact of audiences and identify insights that can be used to improve future results 5. Provide thought leadership to teams that challenges both Best Buy and Samsung to further improve digital capabilities and content
