We are seeking an innovative and data-driven Senior Manager, Analytics to help advance marketing optimization, measurement and forecasting to drive key marketing decisions.
This position will work with cross-functional stakeholders across Agency Partners, Integrated Media Team, Data Science & Analytics and Marketing Finance to deliver best-in-class solutions. You will be a true thought leader and partner in the Marketing organization, helping advance data-driven decision making to drive full funnel marketing strategy.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Use statistical modeling techniques to analyze performance of marketing initiatives and to forecast potential marketing performance based on business, industry, and marketing variables, taking into account multi-touch attribution, marketing effectiveness, marketing mix modeling, etc. Partner with Decision Sciences & Analytics to incorporate marketing outputs into larger business forecast
  • Drive insights that lead to ongoing marketing optimization and improved performance - identify and build the reporting and analysis needed to improve ROI, to understand the impact of offline tactics, and to improve paid marketing performance across the full funnel
  • Lead the development of test and learn strategies, measurement frameworks, and optimization plans relating to all marketing efforts
  • Manage and partner with media agency's marketing science resources
  • Develop media measurement strategies to support growth beyond digital channels and understand incrementality; partner with media agency and outside partners to develop multi touch attribution and marketing mix modeling approaches that evolve our understanding of the most impactful marketing tactics
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders, vendors, and internal analytics and MarTech teams to ensure data sources and tagging are properly linked, structured, and maintained to support marketing analyses
  • Provide ongoing thought leadership in identifying opportunities to leverage advanced analytics to drive incremental performance and business value


QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years' experience in Marketing Analytics or Decision Sciences roles. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as Master's degree and 6 years of related experience; a Ph. D and 3 years of related experience; or 12 years' experience in a related field
  • Proficiency with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe, or similar web analytics tools
  • Advanced understanding of using data visualization tools, such as Datorama, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate in cross-functional capacity with leaders in marketing, product, marketing, finance, analytics, data sciences
  • Proactive self-starter with strong leadership capability and ability to work well cross-functionally


Preferred:

  • Degree in Economics, Statistics, Analytics or Business strongly desired
  • Experience building reporting dashboards using data visualization tools
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics and demonstrated experience analyzing complex, multi-faceted online marketing programs
  • Ability to translate complex mathematical concepts to less data-savvy stakeholders
  • Background in full-funnel marketing measurement, including direct experience building out media measurement frameworks.
  • Understanding of core analytics methodologies (regression analysis, factor analysis, decision trees, cluster analysis, etc.)
