The Role
The Senior Manager, Analytics & Reporting, is responsible for coordinating and delivering a broad range of business intelligence for Fidelity Charitable. This role includes data preparation, data analysis and visual analytics to advance Fidelity Charitable's ability to use its numerous information resources to make data-driven business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytics proficiency/background with experience in business reporting and measurement, as well as financial services. This role requires the ability to lead projects and collaborating with hard-working Analytics, Information Technology, and other functional teams.

- Proven critical thinking skills with ability to frame business issues and apply data analysis to support business cases and real-time decision-making.
- Understanding of visual analytics tools (examples Tableau and SAS VA), business intelligence systems (e.g Alteryx), CRM applications, information management technology as well as experience with data analysis languages
- Strong influencing, communicating and project management skills.
- Self-motivated and thorough, including the ability to run multiple and changing assignments
- Commitment to multi-functional teamwork to achieve the best results for Fidelity, working across the business to build partnerships and ensure consistency in governance.
- Ability to communicate in persuasive and compelling ways via electronic materials (Excel, Powerpoint) and in-person presentations to business partners and senior leadership.

- Partner with internal team responsible for scaling data management and infrastructure to build the environment for analytics.
- Participate in data management projects/initiatives that aim to improve the quality of the data.
- Responsible maintenance of documentation and procedures regarding workflow processing and reporting
- Coordinate with external vendors and develop strong relationships across Fidelity. Expand data-driven business decisions across the organization.
