Senior Manager, Analyst Relations

As the Analyst Relations Manager, you will report to the RVP of Strategic Positioning on the Analyst Relations (AR) team. The WalkMe AR team builds relationships with top industry analyst firms like Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and others while evangelizing WalkMe's leading Digital Adoption Platform.
You'll work with our Product, Product Marketing, Solutions Consultant, and Customer Marketing teams to deepen analyst relationships, build mind share, create research-derived content, and bring valued insights to accelerate our go-to-market execution.
What You'll Own
- Work with your fellow AR teammates to implement practical and measurable analyst programs that support our priorities.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to develop positioning and messaging that results in favorable analyst perceptions.
- Ensure that our brand is represented in analyst reports, evaluations (Everest PEAK, Forrester Waves™ & Gartner Magic Quadrants), blogs, and commissioned research.
- Bring in and share analyst insights with internal partners through research, document reviews, and inquiry. You'll listen to team members, help meet their research needs, and help promote internal adoption of analyst resources.
- Help create new marketing content derived from relevant analyst research (blog posts, webinars)
- Cultivate a network of customer advocates for high-level Analyst Relations projects.
- Respond to analyst inquiries, monitor briefings, ensure that deliverables are provided, and suggest research topics
- Conduct ongoing competitive, partner, and market research and ensure positioning and collateral reflect WalkMe strengths.
- Plan and execute live product demonstrations in partnership with WalkMe's solution consultants.
What You Need to Succeed
- Enterprise software experience is required, SaaS B2B Preferable
- 5+ years experience working directly for or with analyst firms like Gartner, Forrester, or IDC
- Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS organizations and building relationships with top-tier analysts
- A knack for storyboarding and messaging development skills
