Job Description• Provides high-level support to management through effective reporting of financial, administrative and technical issues in a timely manner.• Plays pivotal role in supporting Medicaid team, in acting as lead for all Medicaid Purchase Orders and Requisitions, and in being point contact for Medicaid financial plan, actuals, and forecast.• Responsible for supporting and leading multiple complex infrastructure initiatives consisting of one or more support teams.• Provides administrative support as needed to Medicaid team through scheduling, collaborating, and maintaining cross-team communications.• Supports coordinating, scheduling, team building, maintaining cross-organization working relationships within IT.• Provides technology assessment and accommodations for complex business problems, leverages current and new technology to provide strategic solutions to the business.• Supports strategic initiatives of Automation and Platform Services organization.• Contributes to formulation, preparation and communication of strategic business plans.• Stimulates strategic thinking in support of business direction.• Develops issues relative to organization's strategic direction (i.e., roadmaps, benchmarking, presentations, operating plan, technology advances, and technical integrations).• Designs, develops, analyzes and produces technical performance metric data for senior management in IT organizations, application development, project management, and business as needed.• Provides insightful analysis in response to management requests for ad hoc reports.• Works effectively across multiple units supporting service delivery and service support functions (e.g., Problem Management, Change Management, Medicaid, Code Asset Management, Software Distribution, Availability Management, and Operations) to ensure accurate SLA measurement requirements and reporting.• Leads and plans activities in a matrixed environment for multiple, high profile and/or complex projects or assignments in support of IT and business initiatives impacting desktop, midrange, mainframe, and multi-tiered computing environments potentially having enterprise-wide impact.• Supports technical integration of all infrastructure support areas (Network Engineering, Web Engineering, Database, Desktop, Middleware, Engineering, Security Engineering, Operations Engineering, Automation Engineering, Output Management, Code Asset Management, Event Processing, Change/Problem Management, Availability Management, Workload Management, Data Center Operations, Hardware Capacity, Performance Management, Transaction Processing & Database Administration, Asset Management and Acquisitions) to ensure required IT resources are appropriately allocated to meet business objectives.• Supports and develops IT communication vehicles for internal and external presentations/speeches.• Assists in coordinating budget management, including developing and maintaining annual budget of Medicaid (i.e., hardware, software, personnel and rent).• Manages technical support, design, coding and direction for Infrastructure organization's websites. Works with management to set the strategy and approve departmental website design, coding and content change.• Leads and assists management in HR & special projects that impact entire Infrastructure organization and other ad hoc requests as needed (i.e., Annual Comp, Scorecard Metrics, PC allocation, Skills Assessment).• As needed, supports responding to critical system or site wide production application operational issues by soliciting information and proposing recommendations from available resources. Communicates and assesses impact to service centers, business areas, and IT organizations. Ensures integrity of monthly problem data and correlates with availability performance data.• Establishes and ensures adherence to ETS processes, procedures, tools, and controls for service delivery and service support.• Manages to established service levels, identifies negative trends, communicates results to business and IT infrastructure organizations, and initiates corrective action to stabilize environments.• Supports large scale support for CVS Health's and Aetna's disaster planning and recovery guidelines.• Provides building support/administrative support such as booking conference rooms, scheduling meetings, maintaining supplies, ordering equipment for the team such as laptops or headphones, etc.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 97,400
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience
- 3+ years of solid Medicaid experience
- 2+ years of administrative or project management experience
- 1+ years of Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Preferred Qualifications• 3+ years' experience in Medicaid support and planning, purchase orders/requisition processing, and roadmap/metrics and reporting in Information Technology.• Financial experience a plus.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Strong analytical skills used to identify and resolve problems.• Strong collaboration skills.• Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff.• Ability to work independently.• Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.• Familiarity with infrastructure operations a plus.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
