About the team:
Our North American Boarding and Maintenance team is mainly focused on the boarding of merchants to our Worldpay platforms in a timely and seamless manner. Our talented team of onshore and offshore subject matter experts have a passion for driving change and creating a better customer experience. We work meticulously across all sizes of merchants and our internal stakeholders to identify the needs of the client and align the internal resources to ensure that those needs are accommodated. This ensures that CX is at the forefront of all that we do and that our partners and their clients have a seamless transition into their relationship with Worldpay from FIS.
What you will be doing:

  • Developing payment processing industry expertise; internal and external to Worldpay.
  • Working as a Project Manager on implementations with a focus on improving the onboarding experience for new and existing business and expediting the ability for them to begin accepting payments to aid their business
  • Successfully complete (in a primary or secondary leadership role) multiple implementations simultaneously
  • Working both independently and collaboratively with sales, servicing, implementation, and various other internal teams, along with the partners.

  • Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally in a clear, concise manner
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
