By joining our team, you will increase the number of monthly active users and full adopters of StudyTeam for Sites. The Senior Growth Analyst will blend their creative and quantitative skills to identify opportunities and build solutions that drive response. You will identify growth loops and execute projects to leverage them. You will be a member of a team that is founded on testing and learning that delivers continuous growth around the globe. You will partner closely with Analytics, Product, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success to build scalable solutions.
What You'll Be Working On
  • Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our products
  • Identify the most important opportunities to remove barriers for product engagement and adoption
  • Partner with our site-focused engineering teams to execute on projects based on what’s identified to accelerate growth globally
  • Run A/B tests to increase usage in the product as well as via email and other channels to drive engagement & adoption from designing to analyzing the test
  • Drive in-product adoption via building user guides and surface training content
  • Increase the number of sites fully Adopting Study Team
What You'll Bring to Reify Health
  • Undergraduate or Masters in science or technical field
  • 4+ years experience in Marketing or Growth
  • 2+ years experience doing quantitative analysis
  • 2+ years experience with product optimization work i.e. UX testing/product testing/conversion optimization
  • Experience thinking strategically, structurally solving product problems, and driving execution
  • A love of data and can analyze a funnel; you can identify and size different growth opportunities and the various ways to meet them
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creatives, engineers, analysts and product managers
  • Hard skills: SQL (Python), Pendo/Amplitude, A/B testing methodology, marketing automation
