The Challenge 

OneTrust is seeking an experienced Senior Event Content Program Specialist to help the content strategy, development and execution for large corporate events, inclusive of OneTrust’s user conference, TrustWeekIn this role, your primary focus is to assist in the development of high-quality content at a largescale event. You will work with a mix of product managers, solution engineers, and marketers to create the agenda for the event. You will manage the content process from start to finish including, reviewing the space plans, strategizing the session types, and determining the selection of session content. You work with the broader event content team to define goals and timelines, ensure quality control of content, and manage delivery of the agenda materials. 

Your Mission

  • Experience working on large scale (2k+ attendee) global events. 
  • Experience in products or services strongly preferred. 
  • Experience in overall management with respect to creating and delivering high quality event content, primarily in the form of breakout sessions, panels, roundtables, CABs, ancillary events, Hands on Labs, etc.  
  • A career path that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility and proven success delivering measurable results. 
  • Ability to time and deliver on multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables on time. 
  • Demonstrable history of defining event content strategy and executional excellence 
  • Strategic thinker who can take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions and measurable metrics and then execute on those plans 
  • Decisive, action-oriented, and able to motivate, inspire, and lead cross-functional teams in different geographies and business units 
  • A strong leader and excellent communicator who can drive consensus and articulate recommendations and tradeoffs to key 
  • Ambitious self-starter with demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization. 
  • Proactively planning and managing event content strategy seamlessly  
  • Managing day-to-day, weekly, and monthly tasks successfully 
  • Independent and team working abilities 

You Are

  • Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail. 
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in event management and event . 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or relevant fields of study. 
  • Demonstrated success in event management and management with a focus on operational excellence. 
  • Passion for working in a lean, fast-paced organization, and desire to own and refine processes. 
  • An energetic and can-do attitude with ability to rally teams around an initiative. 
  • A willingness to travel and ability to work independently and autonomously.

Your Experience Includes

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in events marketing, in-person, hybrid, and virtual events at large-scale events 
  • Prior experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or IT-specific software a plus. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or other related fields. 

Extra Awesome

  • Experience working in event platforms such as Zoom, On24, or similar tools 
  • Experience working in project management tools such as Monday.com
