Job Description

As FLEETCOR's Senior Director of Digital Analytics & Optimization you are focused on measuring and analyzing digital activity ultimately resulting in increased digital sales across our North American website portfolio. As a key member of the Digital Sales Leadership team you'll report directly to the SVP of Digital Sales and will lead a team in support of our core Business Units.

You'll be a key leader of the North American eCommerce Team working with expert colleagues in Digital Marketing, Data Science, UX/UI and Development. You'll be part of an innovative digital program, building and maintaining an enterprise class eCommerce platform with the Adobe Technology Stack.

What you'll do:
• Adobe Analytics

o Reporting / Dashboards - Google, Adobe Workspace & Tableau

o Owns Tagging Strategy, solicits stakeholder input and develops business requirements for development team

o Manage TMS (Adobe)
• Business results analysis / strategic decision making

o Financial analysis related to lead generation, online sales and customer lifetime value to inform ongoing sales forecast and strategic planning

o Translation of digital business intelligence to optimization prioritization
• Analyze promotional campaigns and website performance

o Multiple channels including Social, PPC, Display, SEO, CTV, etc.

o Identification and building of retargeting audiences

o Conversion tracking implementations related to publishers and management tools such as Ad Cloud, Marin, Kenshoo, etc.
• Analytics Automation

o Maintain with our Data Engineering team an automated data sources feed which populates downstream business KPIs into Adobe.
• Innovation

o Work with Digital Marketing on measurement plans and test designs for new channels and tactics.

o Develop strategy around customer attributes and personalization opportunities.
• Lead CRO Program

o Create conversion optimization strategies using both qualitative (page evaluations, UX design principles, site reviews) and quantitative (traffic source analysis, web analytics tools) sources
• Participate in or lead program meetings during which you will report results, make recommendations, and assist stakeholders in understanding the chosen strategies and what available information was used to aid in strategic decisions
• Create high-quality, comprehensive deliverables such as project strategy decks, testing roadmaps, and weekly/monthly reports
• Evangelize Digital Analytics and our Test & Learn culture across teams and LOBs
• Lead of team of digital analysts, tagging analyst and CRO manager to deliver useful insights and needle moving enhancements.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in digital analytics in a sales/ecommerce environment
• Working experience with optimization and targeting tools, such as Adobe Target, Google Optimize, Unbounce and others.
• Expert level admin experience Adobe Analytics/Omniture
• Ability to define/build/target segments with Digital Media Managers based on qualitative and quantitative research.
• Ability to analyze and report on ROI of digital marketing / sales efforts.
• Understanding of relational databases, SQL and familiarity with data processing/aggregation.
• Working experience with analytics tagging / tag management
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills
• Excellent MS Excel/PPT skills
• Strong problem solving and consulting skills
• Adobe Platform - Analytics, Test & Target, AEM
• 2 years of conversion rate optimization experience
• Deep understanding of conversion/persuasion best practices and the ability to apply that knowledge to business objectives and projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects with rapidly changing variables and eager to take end-to-end ownership with little supervision
• Superior attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Proactive and self-motivated to seek answers, generate ideas and develop new tests
• Internalized knowledge of digital concepts & the role that usability and user experience plays in achieving business goals

Preferred:
• Website development (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
• UX or user research
• Experience with Salesforce.com CRM data analysis
• Agile Development Process Experience
• Adobe Target Personalization
