The Senior Digital Analyst will work within the Digital team to conduct performance measurement, analysis and reporting of our digital channels and products with a focus on turning data into insights. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys the challenge of highly complex business contexts, and above all else, is passionate about data and analytics. Data sources include but are not limited to website data via Google Analytics, mobile app data via Google Firebase and paid digital media data (Google PPC, Facebook ads, etc).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate digital commercial performance reporting by producing digital product, voice of customer and post release assessment dashboards
  • Performance reporting
  • Provide management with timely, accurate and concise reporting on the performance of digital division initiatives, goal attainment and overall progress to achievement of enterprise goals
  • Provide analyses facilitating the creation of business cases for digitally sponsored projects
  • Provide business insights based upon data to further drive digital revenue growth and optimization
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative, Information Technology and others to understand the scope and benefits of any recommended projects that touch a customer facing digital platform
  • Perform ad hoc analyses



Requirements

  • Passion for analytics and data's potential impact to the business
  • Strong data analysis, manipulation and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including exposure to cost per acquisition or ROI calculations
  • Ability to interpret data, identifying results that can be leveraged to improve performance
  • Some exposure to testing methodology and best practices, including A/B tests of content, ads
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Prefer experience with building reports/dashboards using BI tools such as Tibco Spotfire, Tableau, Domo, PowerBI etc.



Minimum Requirements:

Education: BS Degree, Masters Preferred

Experience: 4+ years of digital channel experience (Business or IT), 4+ years utilizing digital analytics tools

Systems: Experience with Google analytics and related products (Tag Manager, Adwords dashboard, etc). Familiarity or Certification with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.

Managerial Responsibilities: No

Travel Requirements: Limited travel

Physical Requirements: Office position requiring telephone and computer use. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds for displays, samples and other marketing materials
