Senior Digital Analyst:

Reformation is looking for an analytics expert to provide insights and reporting that power the Digital Product Management team. This position reports into the Senior Director of Digital Product Management within the Growth team. The Digital Product team delivers exceptional customer experiences across the websites and in-store digital commerce experiences. This role is responsible for delivering insights that power iterative enhancements and drive business performance. The right candidate can distill data to tell compelling stories on “the why” behind “the what”.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the digital product management enhancements lifecycle by: 
    • Delivering analyses that identify and help prioritize opportunities for enhancements
    • Sizing potential impact of new ideas and inform product roadmaps
    • Helping to define success metrics and measurement plans for new features
    • Ensuring proper tracking is in place in partnership with product managers and vendor partners 
    • Measuring the impact of new features through pre/post analysis 
  • A/B testing: 
    • Help determine ideas worth testing by forecasting the length of time needed to reach statistical significance
    • Report out on initial results and conduct deep dives as needed 
  • Ongoing reporting: 
    • Improve upon weekly funnel reporting to help teams identify any major shifts in performance
    • Refresh weekly funnel reports and deliver high level analysis
    • Execute ad hoc deep dives to better understand shifts in overall funnel performance
    • Refresh weekly error reporting to proactively identify defects and issues 
  • Platform support: 
    • Assist with analytics tool upgrades, session usage, and PII compliance 
    • Train various teams on how to conduct simple reporting
       

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years work experience in e-commerce analytics 
  • Expertise in Google Analytics 
  • Familiar with supplemental analytics tools such as FullStory, Content Square, or other heat mapping and session replay tools
  • General understanding of statistics and A/B testing measurement best practices
