In a nutshell
We are centralizing and standardizing equipment ordering for all our client's regions while maintaining flexibility to run the business at full speed. The result? Improved efficiency, cost optimization, and oversight around the procurement process through an automated tool and streamlined process across all regions.
As a Senior Database Administrator on this project, you will be responsible for updating SSIS packages as well as providing administrative support for our client's data warehouse administration. You will also be involved with the development of new features.

About you

• You're passionate about making technology "sing" to enable great customer experiences.
• You're a pro at designing, developing, testing, reviewing, deploying, and supporting custom applications with a big impact.
• You build applications that provide measurable business value.
• You provide technical guidance on application design and architecture, integration design and architecture, and enforcement of technical standards.
• You're adept at recognizing, subscribing to, and applying best practices, methodology, tools, and techniques to meet client requirements, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience performing SQL Server administration
• 10+ years of proven database administration at large, scaling available, environments
• Strong experience creating and maintaining data warehouses
• Strong background in SQL Server with proficiency in SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, views, and stored procedures
• Experience in advanced data analysis, advanced SQL query capabilities, data modeling, data analysis, and relational database design
• Experienced with OLTP
• Ability to research, analyze, and recommend technical solutions and to create architectural documentation describing proposed solutions
• MS/CS or equivalent work experience
• Experience setting up data encryption and managing certificates

• Experience setting up a redundant infrastructure
• Experience with Redshift / Oracle
