Job description

Inteliquet, an IQVIA business, enables cancer research providers with technology and supportive services to achieve more precise and accelerated trial feasibility and patient matching. The OncWebTM platform and our support teams help clinical research coordinators, physicians and care teams through critical steps in the journey to patient enrollment - from trial feasibility, through prescreening and patient matching. Inteliquet reduces the manual burden of selecting the most suitable clinical trials with a user-friendly trial feasibility tool. Through the power of natural language processing and proprietary data parsers, OncWeb harnesses all sources of clinical patient data, including biomarkers, so patients are matched to complex cancer trials with great speed and precision, at the time of their diagnosis.

The Senior Data Integration Engineer plays a vital role in the implementation of Inteliquet's software and data integration with Cancer Center oncology data sources. You will be responsible for data management, data discovery, code implementations, data conversion, and on-going support of data ingestion from on-site sources to our Azure cloud-based repositories.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Deployment Project Management Lead on client related issues, opportunities, and challenges
  • Management and configuration of Azure servers and services
  • Assist engineering team in designing and creating cloud-based services at larger data scales
  • Implement code necessary to develop data extraction, transformation and loading in SQL, SSIS, C# and other tools as necessary
  • Initial integration and configuration of our software from a technical perspective.
  • Converting and loading client data into the Inteliquet conformed data structures.
  • Act as technical point of contact for customer integration/data product issues.
  • Performing initial data validation before and after implementation.
  • Serve as company representative to external clients.
  • Investigate and resolve data related issues.


Minimum Requirements:
  • 4 or more years related application and systems development experience
  • Experience with deploying solutions and setup of Azure based technologies
  • Knowledge of data processing system, design methods, techniques, and standards.
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in data analysis, with a keen interest in data manipulation and ability to see beyond the data and draw conclusions.
  • Candidates with experience in medical records, bioinformatics or analytic software will be advantaged.
  • Safeguarding the privacy and security of protected health information


Technical Proficiencies:
  • Experience with MS SQL Server, and RDBMS systems
  • MongoDB: experience required
  • Experience with Azure technologies such as deploying Kubernetes, SQL in Azure etc
  • Some familiarity with linux shell usage
  • Languages: PowerShell, C#
