Job Description

Our Data Science teams help to provide NielsenIQ’s clients with the most complete understanding of the market and its consumers. With a footprint in over 100 countries across the globe, our expansive data and measurement capabilities provide market context and confidence. We are constantly innovating to keep pace with emerging market trends and the increasingly diverse, demanding and connected consumer.

Qualifications

· Responsible for designing and validating a complex architecture and ensuring its successful implementation.

· Identify and challenge several IT scenarios by taking into account the business environment

· Qualification: 9-13 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor’s Degree

  • 10+ years of Total Experience
  • Current SnowPro Certification (a plus)
  • 3+ years leading cloud-based data leveraging Snowflake
  • 5+ years as a lead solution architect or technical architect on large, cloud-based data and AI deployments
  • Proficient in languages commonly used with Snowflake (SQL, Python in particular)
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities such as SnowSQL, SnowPipe,
  • Solid grasp of database engineering and design
  • Past or current experience with an ETL tools
  • Experience leading teams in a fast-paced and agile environment
  • Experience working with off-shore teams
