The Position

Senior Data Analyst

 

What We Need

We are looking for a passionate analytics guru with in-depth expertise of the customer experience lifecycle and ability to create and develop innovative BI solutions.

Your Area of Focus

  • Provide data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers
  • Conduct detailed data analysis on data used across business units to evaluate business processes and improve on/create new features
  • Provide expertise and translate the business needs to design; and develop tools, techniques, and metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization
  • Provide innovative analytical insights oriented to consumer analytics 
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and use mixed-method approaches to data analysis
  • Analyze, synthesize, and share research findings into key insights for stakeholders
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and enforcement of data infrastructure, security and system policies
  • Build predictive and prescriptive analytics models that drive business decisions
  • Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams as a customer advocate to integrate client feedback and experience metrics into decisions on processes, offerings to improve client satisfaction and loyalty 

 

 

Your Professional Qualifications

  • 8+ years in business intelligence/analytics experience
  • 4+ years experience working with consumer analytics
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (engineering, math, statistics, data science)
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and other visualization tools. Senior level reporting experience within at least one BI tool (Sisense, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
  • Proficient SQL, Python, R or DAX
  • Experience in statistical modelling and machine learning techniques
  • Previous experience in highly cross functional roles and partnership with different departments
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to higher management
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement
