Primary Responsibilities:

• Support analysis, review, forecast, and trending of data
• Development of the reporting component for external Product and Optum offerings
• Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through analysis of relevant healthcare risk and quality data
• Develop recommended business solutions through research and analysis of data and business process and implement when appropriate

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or 3+ years equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures
• Intermediate level of proficiency with SQL or equivalent database query experience
• Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifcations:

• Tableau, Alteryx, SSIS
• Agile Methodology Experience
• Self-directed and offer solutions when sharing concerns.
• Ongoing capacity to continue to learn new tools and technologies

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
