As a Sr. Data & Reporting Analyst, you will be empowered to support short and long term operational/strategic business activities; develop, enhance and maintain operational data and models that will have an impact on business decisions. Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis, review, forecast, and trending of complex data
• Own the development and maintenance of production and ad-hoc operational reports
• Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning
• Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through Analytics
• Interact one-on-one and consult with all levels of leadership

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working with relational databases and database structures (such as SQL, Oracle, Teradata)
• 3+ years of experience developing in business intelligence/visualization software (preferably Power BI or Tableau)
• Proficiency with MS Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Intermediate proficiency writing/developing SQL queries

Preferred Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree
• Experience with data manipulation software (such as Alteryx)
• Healthcare Industry experience (ideally in claims, management, and/or prior authorization data)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt in a challenging dynamic atmosphere
• Excellent critical thinking and problem problem-solving skills

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
