As Credit Karma continues to grow, we're looking to you to join our Talent Acquisition team and establish a TA analytics foundation that will provide mission-critical insights to stakeholders throughout the business. You'll play a pivotal role within the recruiting function and will help drive how this role is shaped.

You'll be responsible for our reporting metrics- determining what those are and how we measure them, in addition to recommending the best ways to share that information to the broader organization. With your strong analytics background, and experience supporting a Talent Acquisition function in the past, you have a solid understanding of what conversion rates and funnel metrics look like, and are comfortable making recommendations to optimize.

What you'll do:

  • Work directly with Talent Acquisition leaders and partners to pinpoint ideal reporting resources that you will build out
  • Generate actionable insights through the use of metrics and dashboards to improve the recruiting process
  • Curate reports and present insights to recruiting leadership
  • Maintain key reports, dashboards, data generators, and other stakeholder-facing information portals and resources
  • Integrate data from multiple sources to create well-rounded insights that can be used to inform our recruitment process
  • Alert teams proactively to trending data and insights that might require attention or action
  • Leverage the data insights you've uncovered by partnering with TA leadership to help inform decision-making, anticipate future trends, and improve both candidate and business partner (including hiring manager) experience
  • Identify opportunities for improvement across processes and systems
  • Prioritize projects to be able to balance immediate needs and longer term ROI

What's great about the role:

  • You'll be a driving force behind how we continuously track our team-wide goals
  • You'll naturally build strong cross-functional relationships with recruiting leadership, recruiters, and HRBPs, among others

Minimum Basic Requirements:

  • Experienced in data analytics for Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or Human Resources with relevant work experience
  • Proficient and comfortable living within the G Suite ecosystem of products (Google Workspace)
  • Can perform complex functions in Google Sheets & Excel
  • Experience with Greenhouse applicant tracking system
  • Fluent in SQL
  • Experienced in data visualization tools Looker, Google Data Studio, or Tableau
  • Excellent with communicating clear, thoughtful, and comprehensive analyses that a range of audiences can understand
  • Excited about applying technology and data in creative and novel ways
