Do you love all things Data? Do you strive to identify ways to increase operational efficiency through data? Then we want to talk to you. This collaborative role will query data from multiple databases, perform a wide range of formal and ad hoc analyses, and look for ways to improve existing processes to ensure stable and fluid business operations. Our ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, incredibly curious, technically capable, with strong communication skills to present data-driven recommendations across all levels of the company.

What you’ll do:

Lead analytics efforts on the Operations team. Compile, analyze, and interpret supply chain data, identifying areas of opportunity to improve the entire process
Identify data needs & build out comprehensive analytics solutions, including dynamic reports, dashboards, ad hoc analyses, etc. to help the team make faster & better decisions, backed by data
Identify areas for optimization, automation, and growth through data, interpreting and presenting recommendations to senior leadership for smooth supply chain operations
Partner with data engineering and technical teams to provide data accuracy for reporting and analysis
Communicate complex data concepts and insights across all levels of the organization

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or other related field (or equivalent work experience)
3+ years experience in an analytics role
2+ years experience in supply chain & logistics
2+ years experience programming with SQL and relational databases (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.)
2+ years experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio, etc.)
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) with experience manipulating, analyzing, and visualizing data
Desire to continually keep up with advancements in data team practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have:

1+ years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)

By offering a branded and customer-centric online shopping experience, we are changing how medical professionals buy their workwear. Through our website, social media, and participation in medical conferences and events, we have built a strong following within the medical community and a meaningful connection with our customers, which allows us to understand their needs and to ensure that FIGS is continuously improving and innovating.

Anh Tran’s team is in the middle of redesigning and rebuilding FIGS’ mobile app from the ground up. “To better serve our loyal customers, we want to create an app that not only makes it easy to find what they need but highlights these Awesome Humans to forge a stronger healthcare community,” she said. It’s this same drive to constantly improve that led to last year’s “model selector” feature, allowing customers to see products on various body types. “It’s really just the beginning for us, as we learn more about what our customers love about FIGS and build new features to keep the love going.”
