Primary Responsibilities:

• Review technical documentation to verify client requirements
• Collaborate with project functional teams in the creating the Data Functional Design documents and Interface agreement documents
• Create Source to Target Data Mapping sheets to provide detailed explanation of ETL requirements
• Responsible for transforming the claims data to Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) format which facilitates the automation of claims processing
• Performed Data profiling and Data Validations by writing HIVE queries using Toad Data Point
• Experience on conducting knowledge sessions and documenting the process
• Perform Data Analysis, UAT Testing and Data validation by writing complex SQL queries using TOAD/DBeaver
• Review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards
• Responsible for independently analyzing issues, determining impact and providing solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, SQL, leveraging multiple data bases
• 5+ years of experience in Data Mapping, Analyses, and Profiling
• 5+ years of functional requirement gathering and documentation
• 3+ years of experience in Healthcare
• 2+ years of experience in Healthcare information standards with FHIR, and HL7
• Experience in tools like Spark, Beaver, TOAD, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Cosmos DB
• Experience with Snowflake
• Near real time (NRT) data experience
