In this role you are part of a team responsible for CCI's efforts to develop and expand an analytically driven business performance evaluation framework. You will support the testing, analysis, and reporting function in projects across multiple functional areas of the business, currently including Marketing and Operations Communications, but with potential to scale to other parts of the business as well. What You'll Do
- Serve as a data mining, visualization, and data analysis subject matter expert, reporting to the Manager or Sr. Manager of Business Optimization
- Write reports, creates charts and presentations
- Work closely with cross functional partners to establish the necessary process and data infrastructure and requirements to support reporting & analytic needs
- Utilize a variety of data, visualization, dashboard and Microsoft Office tools to assemble analysis and storytelling with actionable insights
- Represent the team in various cross functional work streams and ad hoc analytical projects
- Identifies, researches, and resolves discrepancies in data or analytical methods

Who You Are
Minimum
- High school diploma/GED and 8 years of related experience, OR BA/BS degree and 4 years of related experience, OR MS degree and 2 years of related experience, OR Ph.D and up to 1 years of related experience
- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with teams across the organization to deliver, and potentially present, complex analysis projects
- Strong internal client and relationship management emphasis
- Creative thinker with a keen attention to detail
- Deadline driven: ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Proficiency with quantitative tools including Excel and presentation tools such as PowerPoint and willingness to learn new tools that may be valuable to the team
- Continuous learner mindset
Preferred
- Familiarity with financial modeling techniques
- Interest in learning (or prior experience with) statistical analysis methods
- Hands on experience with BI and dashboarding tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau, Thoughtspot, etc.)
- Hands on experience with data acquisition tools and languages (SQL, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, economics, finance or similar analytical or technical field
