Epsilon's Strategy Team is seeking a Sr. Consultant, Strategic Consulting, Digital Growth Acceleration, who can develop practical and workable solutions to clients' technical and business problems. Analyzes and evaluates business and tech ecosystems and user needs. Consults prospects and clients with regards to Digital Marketing, Data and Tech program functions, and steps required to develop roadmaps, recommendations, complex systems and programs. The Sr. Consultant will work closely with internal teams as well as client and project teams, acting as the domain expert. Experience working with MarTech and Data ecosystems is desired.
Core Duties/Responsibilities:
This position should be able to perform the following activities:

  • High-level ecosystem design, workshops/assessments support.
  • Business case development.
  • Develop and evolve MarTech roadmaps and Data strategy for our clients.
  • Analyze and prioritize detailed requirements, document current state, future state, and gaps.
  • Consult clients and prospect about MarTech, Data, Digital Marketing, Omni-Channel Solutions and Customer Experience.
  • Intake, Qualification, Management and Delivery of RfI and RfP responses.
  • Monitor progress and health of opportunity pipeline. Develop account plans how to grow and expand opportunities.
  • Create and manage collateral in the context of Digital Marketing for the Strategy team.
  • Work with Sales and Client Services Teams to prepare and support sales pursuits.
  • Work with Engagement Managers and Project Managers to support consultative delivery needs.
  • Create accurate work estimates for digital, data and tech programs.
  • Be the liaison for the Strategy & Insights as well as the Media Solutions Team.
  • Support Team Building, Team Organization and Hiring for Strategy.
  • Support team or department administrative tasks as needed.


Required Skills/Technical Knowledge/Experience

  • 3+ years in digital marketing transformation and previous experience in the consulting field.
  • Ability to consult on complex projects and present solutions to client's business problems.
  • Experience with Marketing Technologies including: Enterprise Content Management Systems, Digital Asset Management, Data Management Platforms/Customer Data Platforms, Identity Platforms, etc.
  • Effectively communicate and manage client/internal team expectations.
  • Ability to think strategically (outside-the-box) and provide creative solutions
  • Ability and flexibility to travel up to 70% (once deemed safe).


Bonus/Nice to have:

  • Hands-on with Snowflake - Setting up databases, schema and tables, access permissions, administration of snowflake db, setting up shared databases, setting up clusters, multi-cluster warehouses, snowpipe, data sharing, cloning, time-travel and ETL pipelines; performance tuning, SQL scripting / procedures, views creation; data governance setup.
