In a nutshell
You will partner with key stakeholders to scale the delivery team's ability to break down business problems and provide analytics that stakeholders can leverage to take action. You will consolidate and manage data from a variety of systems and lead analytics projects using the Human-Centered Design concept for various projects.
As a Senior Consultant, you'll take on the mission of growing our business at multiple clients, managing engagements, and ensuring client satisfaction. On any given day, you'll be designing, developing, and deploying deliverables; managing workflows with analysts; structuring dynamic solutions based on client needs and feedback; and/or crafting communications with stakeholders. Along the way, you'll also support clients and consultants to ensure delivery quality and professional growth. • Never met a problem you couldn't solve with analytics
• Enjoy playing with frameworks to predict a variety of outcomes in different scenarios
• Are a phenom at translating business and product questions into analytics endeavors
• Are a phenom at managing data stacks
• Are passionate about providing insightful data to drive actions for meaningful changes in organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of having worked closely with analytics teams such as data visualization, modeling, data warehouse management, and data orchestration
• 5+ years of experience using visualization or business intelligence reports in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for change management
• Demonstrated ability in using and setting best practices in areas such as data storytelling, design, and orchestration using Human-Centered Design Thinking Framework
• Comfortable with distilling diverse requirements by utilizing Human-Centered Design into discrete personas and designing analyses to address each persona's pain point
• Demonstrated ability to cross-collaborate with key stakeholders and teams
• Experience with offering training sessions on visual best practices and Design Thinking method
• Working in MS Office, including Visio, Excel, and Project

We'd also be super impressed if you have

• Knowledge in CI/CD, DataOps, DevOps, MLOps, and Agile methods
• Demonstrated ability to identify business and technical requirements to incorporate them into the project schedule
• 3+ years of SQL and/or Python
