Job Description
Complete basic system configurations independently and complex system configurations with limited assistance
Drive resolution of reported configuration issues, escalating as appropriate
Instruct and guide internal project stakeholders around the impact data collection has on configuration and configuration readiness
Adopt new process improvements and ensure adoption across the larger team
Consult with internal project stakeholders around the impact of design decisions and content recommendations
Coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide educational opportunities and training as needed
Configure systems for external client project implementations.
Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)
New York City Pay Range: from $22.31 to $39.13 per hour; from $46,400 to $81,400 per annum.
Colorado Pay Range: from $19.95 to $37.07 per hour; from $41,500 to $77,100 per annum.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Basic Qualifications
- At least 5 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 1 year application or system configuration, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
- At least 4 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
- Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
