ABOUT THE ROLE

Our compensation programs are a fundamental component of our employee experience and are designed to ensure that employees feel valued and rewarded for their contributions to the success of the company. 

As the Senior Compensation Analyst at Highspot you will be responsible for all annual and spot compensation and comp practices surveys. You will project manage the annual merit increase process with clear work back dates and deadlines. This role will also be responsible for the complete and accurate analysis of all HS roles ranges and range movement year over year. On a daily basis, this role will work with HRBPs to price new roles and maintain the WorkDay Job Catalog.

Responsibilities

  • Support Human Resources Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition team on ongoing compensation related issues, approvals, questions.
  • Responsible for Highspot’s participation in all require compensation data surveys
  • Monitors compensation news and trends to collect compensation policy and practice for review
  • Responsible for the project management and execution of the annual merit process - compensation range updates, timelines, comms, training, and implementation in WorkDay.
  • Analyzes current range and compensation structure for market updates bi-annually 
  • Quickly respond to business need compensation analysis and strategy updates
  • Build and generate recurrent and ad-hoc compensation reports and relevant analytics for all stakeholders such as the talent team and HR leadership. 
  • Create and conduct training modules on the HS compensation structure and guidelines for all stakeholders; Executives, Hiring Managers, talent acquisition team, HRBPs

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Five or more years working in Compensation specific role
  • Experience working in the High Tech industry
  • Experience with Workday preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills in Excel and/or Google sheets - formulas, pivot tables, graphs, etc..
  • Experience partnering with multiple stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition and HRBPs
  • Must have demonstrated experience in market pricing of roles in multiple countries
  • Experience in Radford and Comptryx prefered
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision 
  • Passion for precision and accuracy
  • Excellent time-management and a focus on following through with projects
  • Undergraduate degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
