Overview

Come join Intuit's Customer Success (ICS) organization as an experienced and highly motivated Senior Business Systems Analyst within Intuit's Onboarding and Logistics Team. This person will partner cross-functionally across Intuit to enhance, operate, and execute effective logistics management - working with partners in logistics, talent acquisition, and operations teams. For this person to be successful, we are looking for a detail-oriented individual that can operate complex and sometimes scrappy systems/solutions to streamline how hardware is planned, packed and shipped to Intuit frontline experts. A close working partner with logistics program management as well as solutions-team BSAs, to turn scrappy systems into hardened and reliable enterprise solutions. Position will be in either Tucson, AZ, or San Diego, CA, initially in a fully remote capacity, and then a hybrid work model (combination of remote and in-person).

What you'll bring

• Minimum of 3 years industry experience.
• Advanced knowledge of specific applications in focus area.
• Understands the technical roadmap that supports the business processes and applies it to a solution.
• Experience with forecasting methodologies, and processes to apply to forward looking logistics needs for the business, including defining appropriate safety stock.
• Experience utilizing technology to complete business processes.
• Basic understanding of business process redesign principles, tools, and techniques.
• Basic understanding of systems development lifecycles and systems integration projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective and persuasive presentation skills.
• BS or BA Degree preferred or equivalent work experience

• This position will wear many hats supporting the overall goal from data collection/analyzing/inventory-forecasting/order-management/reporting to project support.
