Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develops and drives innovative solutions; apply understanding of how ERP solution solves problems
  • Initiate and drive continuous improvement efforts to ensure system efficiency in support of business needs
  • Define strategies to address requirements
  • Champions opportunities for innovation by shaping methodology approach
  • Offers opportunities and suggestions on how to improve the solution
  • Initiates opportunities and influences stakeholders with ideas that drive business value
  • Influences stakeholders to assess and manage the impacts of changes and drive decision making
  • Breaks complex topics into meaningful chunks of information
  • Seeks out multiple sources to gather information
  • Conduct code review to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high-quality standards
  • Work with business to prioritize and refine user stories/defects
  • Support the team for application availability, reliability, and stability
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective action plan
  • Develop detailed source to target data mapping and data transformation rules

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) OR 4+ years Software Engineering and/or Business Analyst experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with SQL Database
  • 5+ years of Database Design/Programming (Stored Procedures) experience
  • 5+ years of experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • 3+ years of Agile experience
  • 3+ years of development and/or testing experience in a high-level programming language (Java, C#, C++, .NET, etc.)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions
  • 2+ years of experience with XML, JSON, ANSI X12 EDI, and other message formats containing enrollment data
  • Healthcare Industry Experience
  • TriZetto Facets Application experience
  • Proficiency with Rally
