Senior Business Systems Analyst
The Role:
The Senior Business Systems Analyst will perform business analysis and quality assurance for assigned projects. You will meet with the Customer Organization teams to discuss their business needs and document requirements for the solution. Additionally, you will develop and execute test cases to validate the requirements have been implemented correctly. You will also participate in production deployment testing, user acceptance demonstrations and testing and reviewing training materials. Reporting to the PMO Manager, Optimization, you will partner closely with Program Managers, System Administrators and Salesforce Developers to implement technology solutions for the Customer organization.

Why We’ll Love You:
You have 2+ years of experience as a business analyst or sr. business analyst role. You have demonstrated success in eliciting and writing requirements, test plans, test cases and executing test cases. You are able to leverage your analytical skills to effectively discuss business process issues and opportunities and develop technology solutions to meet customers needs. While not required, project management experience is a plus.
