Job Description

Collaborate with business owners and technical team to understand business requirements, design, and document solutions.
Provide subject expertise related to application architecture, data, integration, security, technology, and analytics.
Provide production support, including running calculations, loading data, defect triaging, as required.
Assess Varicent current state of architecture and configuration and recommend solution and design options for technical and functional system improvements, including performance tuning
Participate in peer solution and code review processes.
Recommend platform, third party, and technologies to solve complicated business requirements, utilizing best practices.
Design, develop, test and document solutions across the Varicent ICM platform in accordance with application lifecycle development standards, and with data quality as a primary focus.
Support design and testing of integrations between Varicent ICM and other applications utilizing middleware.
Ensure that documentation is accurate and well written.
Participate in agile application development process; sprint planning, user story creation, story estimation, solution and technical documentation, release planning and execution.
Ensure all system changes have successfully passed regimented testing process.
Document solution release step details (change controls, data migrations, and step by step order of operations) required to enable delivery manager to release changes to production.
Improve release management process and tools across development pipeline.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of technical experience with Varicent ICM.
Expert knowledge of Varicent ICM modules, including but not limited to, Composer, Scheduler, Workflow, Portal Access, and Reporting, including Presenter Adaptive reports.
Experience with providing optimal UI designs focused on end user ease of use
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work on multiple assignments in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment.
Experience with bi-directional integrations between Varicent ICM and other business applications, including Salesforce, using middleware, such as Dell Boomi.
Proven ability to design and optimize solutions focused on data quality.
Proven track record of successful project execution with agile methodology.
Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
Strong knowledge of and experience with SOX compliance and requirements
Expert knowledge of SQL Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate complex issues in a concise easy to follow manner is essential

Eight months into her tenure with Dynatrace, Elena DelloRusso was promoted from an individual contributor to a team lead on the sales development representative team. She sees that step as just the beginning of her growth journey. Work-life balance at Dynatrace is great. Our PTO plan allows me to travel and spend time with family and friends throughout the year. Hybrid work models provide flexibility to work from the office and from home. When I choose to work from the office, our teams host happy hours that make it easy to take a deserved break.

What does your typical day look like?

I start going through my Salesforce tasks and running through my Cadences in SalesLoft -- this consists of sending targeted emails, executing campaigns, and cold calling. Throughout the day I'm always on LinkedIn where I read any posting from my Named Accounts, read through profiles and network. I then communicate these findings with my Reps.
