Serve as the Analyst/Technical Lead for Automation Projects. Work with Business Analysts/Business Product Owners to transform their business requirements/capabilities into conceptual/technical specifications. Work with technology specialists to develop tailored solutions per Optum software development standards. Assist in testing & deployment of changes as needed. Other similar duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Engage with the client for discovery and design sessions for ServiceNow project intake, timesheets, and other areas as needed
• Track ongoing requirements with clients
• Collaborate regularly between clients, internal leadership and team members, and ServiceNow
• Provide technical feedback and expert recommendations on design and enhancements
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Build and implement according to client requirements and/or expert recommendations
• Provide education and training as needed
• Support and troubleshooting as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow admin
• 1+ years of experience in design and implementation for ServiceNow ITBM workflow
• Basic understanding of project management concepts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven ability to provide excellent verbal and written communications
• Ability to comfortably present to key stakeholders, including senior leadership

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $87,900 to $156,900.
