If you are located in the Greater Minneapolis or St. Paul area, MN, you will have the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges. This is a hybrid position.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Developers, Quality Assurance Analysts and Architects to ensure requirements and design are completely understood
• Communicate design to all stakeholders and varying levels of the organization
• Act as the liaison between Business and Systems Analysts, Developers and project management groups
• Present and evaluate design solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution
• Work closely with business teams to strategize solutions that support long term business objectives
• Ensure IT deliverables align with business requirements with measurable results
• Collaborate with QA team to ensure testing efforts align with system deliveries and business processes

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis or equivalent work experience involving analysis-related activities
• 5+ years of experience years of experience translating business requirements into system specifications, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience working in an Agile environment or familiarity with Agile methodolog y

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• Experience with Data Modeling Concepts

• Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions
• Basic understanding of SQL concepts
• Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
• Demonstrates a keenness for learning
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to document technical content
