Position Summary:
Illumina' Global Information Systems (GIS) team is seeking a highly experienced, motivated and team-oriented Senior Business System Analyst focused on supporting Contract Lifecycle Management capability maturity priorities for our Commercial Sales and Revenue Operations organization. The candidate must have an exceptional understanding of Contract Lifecycle management systems (Salesforce.com and Conga (Apttus) technologies), process improvement, and agile implementation methodologies and practices.
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will enable the delivery of Contract Lifecycle Management solutions, executing on operational plans as well as designing and implementing technology enhancements. This position demands an individual with strong technical, collaboration and communication skills who can contribute to a team environment and present well prepared, stakeholder-focused verbal and written communications.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, Business Stakeholders, and Analysts to elicit, analyze and groom requirements and acceptance criteria in user stories during the agile development life cycle
- Participate in Scrum planning and prioritization activities to deliver strategic priorities and proactively raise issues by indicating an appropriate level of urgency
- Work on a mix of sustaining issues, enhancements and projects in a fast-paced global environment with minimal supervision
- Lead remote and offshore resource delivery, ensuring a common understanding of deliverables, technical design configurations using standard and best practices with a timely execution of tasks
- Author, review and execute test scripts to support integration, user acceptance, and regression test cycles
- Work with Quality Assurance team to ensure targeted test coverage, regression testing completeness and quality are met to drive continued test automation and performance testing improvements
- Use effective communication and presentation skills to manage ambiguity, influence, negotiate, facilitate and gain stakeholder consensus
- Interest and willingness to rotate areas of responsibility and learn new ones that may include Account and Opportunity Management, Contract Lifecycle Management and others
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of extensive experience administering and designing in Salesforce.com and Conga(Apttus) CLM is required
- Experience with Salesforce.com configuration and familiarity with Salesforce.com custom development is preferred
- Experience working with End to End Contract Lifecycle Management, Intelligent Workflow Approvals (IWA), X-Author (Excel, Contracts), Discounts Setup etc. is preferred
- Experience working on integrations between Salesforce, Conga (Apttus) platform, ERP (SAP) and other commercial business systems is preferred
- Experience with Agile software methodology is required
- Experience in administering applications governed under regulatory compliance such as HIPAA, FDA and/or SOX is preferred
- Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Quip, Microsoft Teams, and ValGenesis is preferred
- Salesforce Administrator & Conga (Apttus) certifications are required
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Field of study in Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent related work experience
