Our B2B Business Operations team is made up of endlessly curious, strategic thinkers and doers. This small team will push each other intellectually and operationally to help implement the most important strategic initiatives within Calm.
What You’ll Do:
This role will focus on optimizing efficiency of our internal tools and processes. Our B2B team is growing at an incredibly fast pace, and our job as Business Operations is to ensure customer-facing teams have the support they need to do their job as seamlessly as possible. You will be tasked with working directly with cross-functional teams to: identify needs and opportunities for efficiency, determine resources required, prioritize against other initiatives, and implement.
- Work on strategic initiatives and manage projects across a breadth of functional areas including Partnerships, Account Management, Content, Product, Marketing, Finance and People
- Partner with Finance to evaluate spend on tools and provide recommendations for optimizing use of tools / create efficiencies
- Work with Sales Ops on forecasting internal costs for the next fiscal year and regularly compare to actuals
- Own strategy and execution of select projects and partnerships, collaborating with teams across the business
- Identify issues, develop hypotheses, and execute in-depth analyses to translate data into insights and make recommendations
- Enable our organization to continue to be highly data-driven as we scale by performing ad hoc analyses and building reports and KPI dashboards for real-time monitoring of performance
- Operationalize initiatives after they are successful or move into company operations to lead one of the initiatives
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, project management, business operations
- Experience taking data and turning it into insights and recommendations, and executing against those insights
- A process improvement aficionado
- Enjoy partnering across a wide range of cross-functional teams
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with financial planning, analysis, modeling
- Experience with a digital health organization strongly preferred
- High-growth startup experience is preferred
- Knowledgeable in Salesforce, Hubspot, Tableau, Netsuite
