Overview

Come join us as a Senior Business Data Analyst on the Intuit Global Brand Marketing team. We have an exciting opportunity to help shape how we use data to guide marketing strategies and investments. We are looking for an experienced analyst to develop insights that will revolutionize the way we bring the Intuit brand to life through creative problem solving and a passion for innovation.

This role will actively partner with marketers, researchers, analysts and data scientists across a variety of initiatives to uncover critical insights that will drive business decisions. What you'll bring

  • Experience Level: 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics
  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience; Master's or PhD preferred.
  • Data-driven mindset with an advanced skill set in data analysis techniques using qualitative and quantitative data to solve business and marketing challenges.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau and A/B Testing.
  • Hands-on expertise with Python and statistical modeling techniques (e.g. regression, clustering, classification, time series) to answer a wide range of marketing measurement questions. Familiarity with marketing mix modeling and multi-touch attribution preferred.
  • Ability to tell stories clearly and concisely with data, and how they drive business outcomes.
  • Ability to lead through influence across all levels and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to provide solutions for business problems and a willingness to take risks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Proactive and inquisitive learner seeks out and capitalizes on opportunities for change that solve for our customers, rather than reacting to circumstances.



How you will lead

  • Prepare and present reports and dashboards that illustrate Intuit's performance and how investments are performing against short and long term objectives.
  • Bring data to life through exceptional storytelling with analysis and insight that help support and drive strategic and tactical decision making.
  • Measure the impact of marketing activities using advanced analytical approaches to help inform marketing strategies, plans, and tactics on an on-going basis.
  • Develop learning plans and test strategies, and lead the design, analysis, and interpretation of marketing experiments through robust A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Play the role of strategic partner with marketing and research to determine strategic objectives and provide input into critical decisions to help mitigate risk.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, processes, and reporting solutions for operational and exploratory analysis, and provide training to empower individuals to make their own decisions.
  • Communicate and influence across all levels of the organization. Present analytical findings and recommendations in a clear and concise way to non-technical audiences, both in oral and written presentations.
  • Leverage data to understand our business in depth, proactively identify areas of opportunity, and suggest projects to solve business and marketing challenges.
  • Work closely with analysts, data scientists, market researchers and marketers across business units and locations on new solutions and capabilities for marketing measurement and activation.
