We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

IV&V services will be part of the larger oversight of the day-to-day operations and management of the All Payer Claims Database (APCD) Program. IV&V shall have complete access to program documents, facilities, and staff during normal business hours as required to carry out its oversight role. IV&V shall have access to all key staff as needed to observe meetings, review deliverables and documentation, and conduct interviews, etc., to ensure a high level of integrity and confidence in our oversight and monitoring. Reporting will be required to the State.
The Sr. Business Analyst will work under the direct leadership of the lead Project Manager.

Job Responsibilities Include• Interview and observe APCD program project staff, and the project development staff. • Observe project meetings and activities to understand the processes, procedures, and tools used in the APCD program. • Review and analyze all applicable and available documentation for adherence to accepted, contractually defined industry standards. • Cooperate fully with other Vendors or government institutions that the State enters into agreements with for additional work related to the services provided hereunder. • Validate that the project deliverables and APCD processes are in compliance with state and industry standards in the following areas:
o Project Management
o Progress against budget and schedule
o Risk/Issue management
o Inclusion of state goals/objectives and all federal APCD requirements in requests for proposal and contracts
o Adherence to the state's policies, standards, and guidelines.
o Configuration management that is robust and includes state or developer configuration audits against configuration baseline
o Change management
o Adherence to service level agreements Accuracy of interfaces and data sharing requirements with systems external to the APCD

Basic Qualifications:• Minimum 6 years of experience as a business analyst• Minimum 3 years All Payers Claims Database experience• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 1 year of experience with all levels of testing

Preferred Skills• Experience conducting meetings and making presentations
• Minimum 3 years IVV experience• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills • Excels at using quantitative data to drive recommendations and decisions • Knowledge of industry standards, PMI, CMMI, NIST, and IEEE • Ability to apply industry best practices and future state/federal mandates to existing systems
