Job Overview

This is a functional role (not an IT position) in Intuit's COSA (Controllership, Operations, Systems Assurance) organization playing a critical role between business units and functional groups to lead projects to drive analytical insights in support of billing and offering enablement.

This person will be an individual contributor working closely with the business unit marketers, accounting, and finance teams to understand data and provide analytics on Go-To-Market initiatives and offerings.

The ideal candidates will have experience with billing systems, experience driving and leading complex, data driven projects and the ability to work deep in the details and up-level for our leaders.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant business experience
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong business analysis skills (planning, feasibility assessments, requirements development, testing, problem solving, working across business and IT).
  • Excellent attention to detail and results oriented with a track record demonstrating strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn complex business processes and understand the underlying transactional systems.
  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills; ability to communicate across all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong "systems / process orientation" with demonstrated analytical thinking, organizational skills and problem solving skills.



Responsibilities

  • Lead projects to provide analytic insights that support our business clients' needs to create new processes and drive change.
  • Utilize various analytical methods to provide all stakeholders with analysis, insight and direction.
  • Use strong communication and presentation skills to share information broadly across the organization at appropriate level.
  • Be able to present complex solutions at appropriate levels depending upon the audience in question.
  • Drive requirement reviews, incorporating feedback, joint analysis of requirements with internal and external cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of billing systems and reporting tools with knowledge on how to query data to create reporting.
  • Develop key metrics and analytics that will allow management to clearly understand outcomes achieved against expectations - and provide insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize results.
