Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Strategy and Planning team to help build out our analytics and reporting in support of the global sales organization. The preferred candidate will have experience supporting Sales, comfortable managing large data sets, strong attention to detail, ability to build financial models, and strong communication skills.
What you get to do in this role:
- Lead the Anaplan efforts of gathering business requirements, implementation, and enablement of Integrated Planning processes
- Manage the Hierarchy and Data quality of models within the Anaplan Ecosystem
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to resolve issues identified during Planning
- Assist in the development and reporting of key performance metrics to help drive increasing sales productivity
- Extract data sets, perform analyses, build financial models to support account coverage, territory carve, segmentation or other projects
- Support the design, implementation, and testing of sales productivity, planning and reporting tools
- Other ad hoc responsibilities in support of sales finance and operations
Qualifications
- 2-6 years of Finance / Sales Finance / Sales Operations experience
- Bachelor in Finance, Accounting preferred
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable and flexible working in a fast paced environment
- Positive "can do" attitude and highly analytical; enjoys challenges
- Detail oriented and comfortable working with large data sets
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with Anaplan and SAP applications a plus
For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $87,300 - $149,040, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
