We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US-AR), United States (US).

This Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BA) will be a valued member of the Integrated Eligibility System Project Management Office (PMO) Team. The Sr. BA will work collaboratively with the client, the Systems Integrator (SI), and various external vendors leading business and technology activities for the PMO.

The Sr. BA will work alongside the client to assist with scheduling, prioritizing, and managing efforts to effectively communicate client Business needs as they pertain to various knowledge areas. He/she will actively participate in the development and delivery of program and project activities and associated deliverables. The Sr. BA will work at the direction of their manager to ensure that business needs and objectives are met in the expected timeframe and with the expected level of quality. He/she will be responsible for performing the activities within the project team and working closely with direct business partners and vendor teams.

Job Responsibilities Include:• Support the client and PMO Managers in business activities for the ARIES system • Support the client and PMO Managers in reporting and communications• Develop/adapt processes as needed to fit the quality/cost/timelines requirements for the ongoing operations and project activities. • Ability in documenting project status, conducting meetings and making presentations• Ability to gather requirements for large scale complex business and technical operations• Ability to apply industry best practices and future state/federal mandates to existing systems• Ability to leverage knowledge of client policy and apply it when appropriate

Basic Qualifications:• Undergraduate degree or a minimum of 12 years total experience • A minimum of 8 years' experience as a business analyst or project manager within an SDLC environment for technical projects or technology integrations• A minimum of 8 years' experience working on large, complex systems projects, which can be deifined in terms of durations, budget or multiple locations.• a Minimum of 3 months experience with a State government Medicaid policy • willing nes to possibly travel up to 50% Travel to Little Rock, AR upon client request (Currently positions are 100% remote).

Preferred Skills:• Knowledge of Medicaid Enterprise Systems environments such as Integrated Eligibility Systems.

• Familiarity with Arkansas State Medicaid policy

• Exceptional problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to exercise mature judgment • Experience in management of operations of large systems across State government agencies and divisions• Experience with project management and business operations in multi-vendor environments.
