We are looking for an experienced scrum master to oversee and guide scrum teams. The scrum master's responsibilities include ensuring that development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments.


  • Provide in-depth technical expertise with all aspects of the solution design and implementation. Including requirement definitions, data acquisition process, data modeling, process automation, construction and deployment leveraging reporting tools.
  • Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
  • Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
  • Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes; Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
  • Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing; Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
  • Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.

Meetings, and Clerical

  • Enforces and documents database policies, procedures, and standards; and user guides to support current/new reporting in production.
  • Host requirement gathering sessions with internal customers.
  • Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.


  • Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
  • Provide recommendations on new technology to internal management along with cost analysis.
  • Communicates insights and plans to cross-functional team.
  • Provides leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to employees.

Education and Skillset:

  • Bachelor's degree or High School Degree with additional years of experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.

    At least 4-6 years of experience or a combination of education and experience which demonstrates the necessary skills and abilities for the position.
  • Excellent people and project management skills
  • Data-driven, analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills; verbally and written.
  • Ability to collaborate and form partnerships with colleagues.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage current projects in various stages.
