Verisk’s Corporate Operations team is seeking an analytical, self-motivated Sr. Business analyst ready to oversee and manage technology projects, which includes training for increased utilization & adoption. As well as, monitoring metrics, and building new functionality and integrations. You’ll have oversight for other sales technologies including Icertis CLM, DocuSign, chatbots, AI, and other tools. You’ll be working with sales executives and management, customer engagement teams, marketing, and product areas while deepening your knowledge and skills with an ever-expanding breadth of projects. Responsibilities: 

• Develop external and cross-functional relationships and work closely with internal stakeholders
• Design, build and maintain projects/cases for CRM/CLM tools and systems.
• Participate in cross-functional groups as subject matter expert.
• Develop external and cross-functional relationships and work closely with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business analysis
• 3+ years of experience administering salesforce organizations to meet business requirements
• 2+ years of experience in managing a training program
• 2+ years of relevant expertise as a Icertis or SpringCM administrator is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field required.
• Experience working in agile environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent documentation, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external contact
• Fluency in Microsoft office applications, MS Visio and MS Project
