We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Global Expansion Technology) to join our team to promote future global scale. You will report to the Vice President - Global Expansion Technology.
The Opportunity:
The Global Expansion Technology Senior Business Analyst analyzes our needs of their clients and partners to identify improvement opportunities, while recommending solutions and programs that help the organization to achieve its strategic goals. You will closely work with various technology and partners of the enterprise and service providers to the enterprise or technology department, eliciting, analyzing, communicating and validating requirements in the context of helping achieve our goals. The Global Expansion Technology Sr. Business Analyst organizes, plans and executes their tasks and typically focuses on complex tasks with a high-degree of strategic importance to our organization.
The Day-to-Day:

  • Collaborate with various senior managers, project managers, and sponsors for process improvements
  • Analyze current states and recommend future states
  • Provide guidance to partners on creating effective and efficient approaches and solutions to achieve project goals
  • Conduct interviews and analysis to define business, financial, operational, or technical requirements and systems goals and to gather user requirements through workshops, questionnaires, surveys, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods
  • Assess appropriate course of action, identifying those issues that need to be escalated to senior management
  • Communicate business changes, enhancements, and modifications - verbally or through written documentation - to senior management, peers, staff, and other employees so that issues and solutions are fully understood
  • Contribute to enterprise architecture development from a needs point of view
  • Create business models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmers
  • Translate conceptual user requirements into functional, and sometimes technical, requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
  • Research software and hardware products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts
  • Produce high-quality documentation
  • Help the business develop training material, and conduct training classes where necessary


Your Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst capacity in a technology organization (Application/Infrastructure)
  • Excellent technical skills in multiple areas including system configuration, security models, use cases, business information intelligence, and databases
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Experience with technical requirements and potential solutions
  • Superior ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Familiarity with the Information Security procedures
  • Experience collaborating with offshore / Third-party Technology vendors
