About the team
The Lean IT team manages the Automation intake process for FIS. The Lean IT BAs analyze organizational business processes and functions with an aim to identify the right processes to automate and provide opportunities for process re-engineering. The Senior Automation BAs work with SMEs and Process Owners to design the future-state optimized business processes for facilitating through the automation development lifecycle. The Lean IT scope of work is across the COO, CIO and Line of Business organizations, developing working relationships with key stakeholders, business heads, and service delivery & operations teams in achieving our automation goals.
What you will be doing

  • Evaluate current as-is end to end processes
  • Identify opportunities for waste elimination i.e., redundant/non-value add activities
  • Design future-state processes and requirements specification for automation
  • Collaborate with the Automation development for implementation & testing of solutions
  • Manage the end-to-end automation lifecycle / journey and fulfil reporting needs and improve on relevant KPIs
  • Work closely with members of business and support organizations and assist in ensuring the transfer of new solutions or processes into ongoing operations


What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. Master's degree desirable.

  • Must demonstrate 3+ years of hands-on Process Automation experience in reputed global financial and technology organizations
  • Experienced SQL skills, including experience querying large and complex data sets (e.g., cloud-based data stores, Hadoop, etc.), and proficiency in a BI Tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc..).
  • Experience with process automation and digital transformation tools such as MS Power Automate, Celonis, Kryon, Disco, Blue Prism, UIPath, Workfusion, Automation Anywhere, Pega, Splunk, Resolve, Netcool Operations Insight, HP Operations Orchestration, etc.
  • Should have exposure in implementing process automation as a service, adapt new technologies like Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, Data-ETL, EDW and Artificial Intelligence
  • Must be comfortable working independently and self-managed in a fast-paced, flexible environment
  • Must have excellent communication skills, an aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of any problem. Should be a self-starter who delivers high quality solutions and can adapt to new challenges, individually and as part of a team
  • Must have experience in Agile methodology, and Project Management
