Role Description:
This role serves on Oak Street’s Talent Development team as the subject matter expert in the organization, maintenance, analysis, and visualization of data, specifically data which is related to managing our human capital and measuring the impact of talent management initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
Serves as an internal consultant and subject matter expert on issues of data organization, integrity, analysis, and delivery
Aggregates organizational data from various sources and acts as liaison with other data owners across the organization
Identifies opportunities to maximize talent data practices and recommend solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency, impact, etc.
Designs and builds robust and intuitive customer-facing dashboards using tools such as Tableau to enable leaders to track and improve talent metrics such as turnover
Designs and executes internal research studies to gain insights into the effectiveness of talent tools and practices such as linkage analyses, ROI, and pre-hire test validation
Creates audience-appropriate materials to communicate metrics, study findings, and other insights with internal stakeholders
Builds and maintains strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to create credibility and influence

What are we looking for?
We’re looking for motivated professionals with:
At least 3-5 years of experience working in talent analytics, preferably in complex organizations
Master’s or Doctorate degree in industrial/organizational psychology, experimental psychology, organizational effectiveness, or related fields with an emphasis on statistics/quantitative analysis preferred
Expertise in statistical analysis and data management practices used to derive insights from organizational data
Excellent project management, organization, and prioritization skills
Enterprise-wide awareness of how one’s work relates to and impacts existing organizational practices and strategy
Agility in thought and action to change direction in light of new information
Strong awareness of and appreciation for diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences
Strong written communication skills including the ability to write formal organizational communications
Strong oral communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
US work authorization
