About the Role

The Senior Associate of Business & Risk Analytics will conduct analyses focused on optimizing and understanding the marketing funnel, client retention and performance, and net present value. The role will collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, sales, and data teams to deliver novel, actionable insights that contribute to meeting company goals. A successful Manager will quickly build a deep understanding of the business and be able to effectively communicate results and present recommendations to C-suite executives.

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, strategic thinker able to thrive in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment. Exceptional candidates will have best-in-class data skills including SQL, Excel, dataset manipulation, data visualization, and presentation.

What You'll Do

-Conduct and present insightful analysis of major operational trends, challenges, and opportunities; recommend solutions that can be easily interpreted by non-analytical partners

-Analyze data and deliver actionable recommendations to improve customer acquisition and retention

-Develop models projecting customer performance, based on sensitivity tests and regressions 

-Work closely with the product and operations teams in defining tests and experimental design, reporting, and communicating results to senior management

What We Look For

-Bachelor’s degree in business, STEM, or other analytical field

-2 – 5 years professional experience in strategy, business, or risk 

-Prior experience in Credit or Lending 

-Familiarity with running analyses in Excel and presenting in PowerPoint

-Experience in SQL, along with either Python or R
