QuotaPath is the industry-leading sales compensation software and we are looking for a Analytics Manager to join our rapidly growing team. You'll get a chance to work on challenging problems alongside amazing people as we continue to scale. We are looking for someone to build out our analytics capacity from scratch here, serving as the pillar of our analytics team and reporting on the efficacy of our business to key senior stakeholders and our entire management team.

You'll report to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations on our Ops & Analytics team, and you will be responsible for transforming raw data from a variety of different sources into usable tables and deriving actionable insights from that data. You will be responsible for:

• Data modeling: Building and maintaining SQL models to define business logic and to power our business intelligence tool Mode.
• Data pipelines: Developing efficient data pipelines using Fivetran/Mozart Data to power internal analytics
• Data visualization: Managing and improving our Mode instance. Training others in the org on how to use Mode, creating new definitions/dashboards, improving existing data visualizations
• Stakeholder management: Working with senior stakeholders to translate their needs into actionable insights, models and reports.
• Data warehousing: Managing our Snowflake instance, making sure that the queries we run against it are performant and that the permissions we have set up work.
• Data definition: Documenting data definitions and defining reporting processes that efficiently enhance data access
• Data storytelling: Turning dashboards into the story of our business, identifying key metrics necessary for our success and reporting on those to our management team

What you bring to the table:

• 4+ years of experience in a data or analytics-based role
• Expert SQL skills and a history of building data models in SQL
• Experience working with one of the following databases - Snowflake, Redshift, Big Query, Postgres, etc
• Experience with data visualization tools - Mode, Looker, Tableau, etc
• Experience in data stakeholder management
• Experience with data pipeline management technologies with dependency checking (e.g Airflow, dbt), schema design, and dimensional data modeling
• Ability to leverage tools, business intuition, and attention to detail for data validation and QA
• Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly when explaining technical or complex matters to less technical co-workers

Bonus Points if you have:

• Direct experience with tools in our tech stack - Fivetran, Snowflake, Mozart Data, Mode
• History working in SaaS - understanding software data models
• Experience with tools in our sales tech stack - Salesforce, HubSpot, Intercom, Chorus, etc

About the location

This position can be fully remote, or you can establish a home base at one of our offices in Austin (East Austin) or Philadelphia (WeWork downtown) for a hybrid work environment. The intended budget for this role is currently $125,000-$135,000 per year with generous equity and up to 10% quarterly bonus eligibility.
