Job Description (Posting)

Analytics SME have a plethora of tasks which help them, and the business arrive at a comprehensive analysis using the analytical tools. These tasks primarily include coordinating between the Architects of the Design Team and the customer base (hereafter mentioned as ADL; account DWP leaders), ensuring data and information are up to date, request and follow up with ADL to receive the basic details of that account, get the onboarding form completed, conduct onboarding kick-off sessions and go-live sessions, consult with ADL and top management. Other duties of onboarding SME includes evaluating data in the received onboarding form to ensure that the Analytics team adheres to certain policies, regulations, and procedures. They are also responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relations with all ADLs to ensure effective and smooth onboarding of an account. Collaboration and Communication are the two most important traits required to perform this role. The role is demanding and hence, the person in this role should be willing to invest in themselves for growth. Investment refers to being flexible, completing certifications, walking the extra-mile, and investing time.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor s At least a bachelor s degree of equivalent 1+ years of associated work experience Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel. This includes being able to create pivots, charts, use functions like, vlookup, hlookup, IF, Count , etc. Basic knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or any other reporting tool (1.) To clearly understand the client's security environment and respective products; and, troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools (2.) To monitor client cybersecurty environment and analyse the identified real-time cybersecurity eventsoralerts through various tools. (3.) To analyse cybersecurity incidents and help the L2 team with RCAordata or logs collection (4.) To maintain SOPs, runbooks and documents for effective knowledge management (5.) To prepare dailyorweeklyormonthly security analyses and reports to highlight the project progressorchallenges and ensure quality and accuracy. (6.) To work with other teamsorstakeholders to help in resolving ongoing cybersecurity issues
